Where busy minds come to breathe....
☀️ Our minds are overloaded, and our lives are packed. It’s no wonder we often feel scattered, drained, or disconnected. But there is hope and a science backed path forward. The Master Mindshift Café is a place to slow down, breathe, get a handle on thoughts and refuel. From there, we gently explore habitual behaviors – like over-thinking, procrastination, or staying busy that quietly shape how we lead and live. This isn’t about forcing change. It’s about clearer thinking, wiser communication, and a healthier, more connected world ☀️
Over 6-Weeks – One Hour Per Week – You Can:
- Join a community of like-minded people ready to recognize and regulate the ‘busy brain’, so common in today’s society
- Explore mindful communication tools and techniques that have the ability to lower stress and increase energy
- Unlearn old communication habits/traits while practicing how to think more clearly and communicate more wisely
Your facilitator, Donna Rustigian Mac, President of iVoice Communication, Inc., has been immersed in the business of communication for over 30 years. She’s an executive coach (2008), a certified Mindfulness teacher (2018) and a qualified MBHC change facilitator (2021). Donna has been studying with Dr. Judson Brewer from the Mindfulness Center at Brown University since 2020.
Stress and disconnection can BUILD through:
- A FULL mind (overload)
- The overuse of electronics/media
- Consistant distractions
- Avoiding conflict and connection
- Focusing on things you can’t control
- A variety of outdated communication habits/traits.
Stress and disconnection can DIMINISH through:
- Greater awareness
- The ability to focus
- Becoming more curious
- Noticing tension in the body
- Limiting electronic consumption
- Knowing/asking for what you want and need
We don’t diminish stress and old conditioning by watching a video, reading about it in a book, or listening to a lecturer. In these sessions, you’ll learn about becoming more aware, curious and balanced AND we’ll show you how to practice independently.
Actively participate in these sessions or just listen and learn.
Mindful Communication takes time, patience, and practice. The Master Mindshift Café introduces you to fresh, new tools to improve your energy level, attention span, and ability to think clearly and communicate wisely.

Master Mindshift Café
6 Live/Virtual Sessions over 6 weeks.
We reserve time to unwind, setting in, and for quiet contemplation in addition to weekly mindful communication lessons and discussion.
