Mindfulness & Mindful Communication. It’s not a silver bullet. But with practice and over time (like exercise) it can help you lower stress and increase ‘executive attention’. It can help you become more aware of what slows down your ability to communicate successfully. Join the The Master Mindful Café for fresh new tools to consider and PRACTICE. Then see what happens. If you truly want to communicate more effectively we are certain you already have all you need to make it happen!

Over 6 weeks – one hour per week – you will:
- Examine the simple scientific formula for unwinding the stress and fear that keeps us from communicating.
- Explore mindful communication tools and techniques that have the ability to lower stress, increase energy, and activate your courage.
- Unlearn old communication habits/traits while practicing how to think more clearly and communicate more wisely.
Your facilitator, Donna Rustigian Mac, President of iVoice Communication, Inc., has been immersed in the business of communication for over 30 years. She’s an executive coach (since 2008), certified Mindfulness teacher (2018) and a qualified MBHC change facilitator (2021)
Stress and disconnection can build through:
- A FULL mind (overload)
- The overuse of electronics/media
- Consistant distractions
- Avoiding conflict and connections
- Focusing on things you can’t control
- A variety of outdated communication habits/traits.
Stress and disconnection can diminish through:
- Greater awareness
- The ability to focus
- Becoming more curious
- Noticing tension in the body
- Limiting electronic consumption
- Knowing/asking for what you want and need
We don’t diminish stress and build stronger human connections by watching a video, reading about it in a book, or listening to a lecturer. In these sessions, you’ll learn about becoming more mindful AND we’ll teach you how to practice independently.
Actively participate in these sessions or just listen and learn.
Mindful Communication takes time, patience, and practice. The Master Mindful Café introduces you to fresh, new tools to improve your energy level, attention span, and ability to communicate.

Master Mindful Café:
6 Live/Virtual Sessions over 6 weeks.
We reserve time to unwind, setting in, and for quiet contemplation in addition to weekly mindful communication lessons and discussion.
