Donna Rustigian Mac

Donna Rustigian Mac is the President of iVoice Communication, a company dedicated to creating healthy-human connections through updated, 21st century business communication skills. Donna works with individuals and HR departments who understand the power of people. As people expand, business expands.

Donna’s distinguished career includes 30+ years in communications: In the the media, as an executive communication coach, a workforce trainer, and motivational speaker.  In 2018, Donna became a certified mindfulness teacher and is a qualified change facilitator (2021). Donna has studied with Dr. Daniel Goleman (Emotional Intelligence) and Dr. Judson Brewer, (Brown University/Mindsciences). That concentration enables Donna to help people break old communication patterns/habits so they can update their communication skills and integrate them into today’s modern workforce.

Donna’s undergraduate degree is in Liberal Arts and Humanities. She’s also studied social and organizational psychology at Lesley University in Cambridge, MA.  She is a frequent guest lecturer at The University of RI, Salve Regina University, and Emerson College in Boston, MA. and is the author of Guide to a Richer Life, Know Your Worth, Find Your Voice and Speak and the creator of The Six Pillars of Mindful Communication.

Donna’s strong partnerships have included Clear Channel Communication, Vital Women Radio, and a collaboration with the oldest speech communication company in America. Clients have included both current and emerging leaders, smaller firms, as well as larger companies such as Merrill Lynch, Cambridge Associates, The Massachusetts Banker’s Association, CVS Health, Blue Cross Blue Shield.

Personally, Donna is an avid runner, skier, and gardener and the mother of two kind and successful millennials (an introvert and an extrovert) who have the great ability to communicate!

Renee Aloisio

Renee brings a wealth of knowledge and great energy to iVoice Communication as a former principal in financial services plus COO, overseeing Human Resources. She’s created culture initiatives, soft skills training programs, and firm and partner retreats. She’s also served as confidant and advisor to her staff and numerous C-suite professionals who lead organizations ranging from start-ups to large public and private companies. Renee joins the team as a coach/trainer focusing on the essential skills of business accumen and professionalism as she guides individuals to lead with a sense of both inclusion and purpose. Renee founded several successful initiatives including Women Count and Leveraged Solutions. She donated her knowledge and expertise as chair for the American Heart Association’s Go Red Program for 6 years. Renee regains her energy while traveling, and in her beautiful gourmet kitchen making handmade pasta, and sharing wine from around the world.

Bill Hennigan

Bill brings a breath of knowledge and experience to iVoice Communication as a business owner and consultant who drives organizational advancement.  He has retired twice (so far) and has a proven track record of creating positive work cultures centered on collaboration, upskilling, and trust to reach organizational requirements. This is at the core of his mission. Bill holds a BS/AS in operations and engineering technology with a masters in public administration and joins the team as a coach/trainer focusing on sales communication, negotiation and business/ analytical writing. Bill is a seasoned teacher, critical thinker and problem solver. Personally, Bill immerses himself in wellness, mindfulness, and yoga. He enjoys physical activity and travel to culturally diverse locations around the world.

Nicholas Younge

Nicholas brings a fresh and innovative approach to multimedia production and storytelling. As the Digital Media Producer for iVoice Communication, Nicholas invests his time into telling the company’s story by publishing multimedia content for Inspiring Voice, the media outlet for iVoice Communication. Since joining the team, he has worked tirelessly to produce high quality podcast episodes and YouTube videos that promote the company mission. Nicholas possesses a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Studies from Emerson College, specializing in digital content creation and conflict resolution. Personally, Nicholas likes to immerse himself in nature and music, as well as practice mindfulness and meditation. He enjoys interacting with various communities across the globe through their media.
