You do not make it wrong. Fear is common. Start by straightening the spine and learn to control the ‘busy brain’ which can you in fear if you’re unaware.

What do you think is the biggest obstacle to public speaking?
1. Confusing the listener with too much information, jargon, and busy slides. 2. Being overly concerned with perception.

What is the best ways to build trust?
Get to know people. Become a person who takes action and gets results. Have real and candid conversations. LISTEN. 

What are a leader’s most valuable skills?
The ability to drive business outcomes while staying agile and clear minded. They also help to create/strengthen other leaders.

What is the best way to communicate authentically?
Know and OWN your strengths and ‘vulnerabilities’ (the traits that make you human). Learn to speak about both.

Why is getting to the point quickly important?
It reduces frustration. It expedites time. Time is money in business. 

What are the biggest communication problems of our time?
Desocialization. The social media ‘habit’. Polarization. The lack of emotional intelligence.

What should I know about communicating virtually (text, email, video)?
You CAN build trusted relationships through it (around the world). It can also be a big deterrent to healthy connection and contribute to miscommunication.

Are all presentations and meetings structured the same way?
There is a common structure but it’s up to you to master your content, add your personal flare, and inspire YOUR specific audience.
